பிரச்சனைகள் இல்லாத மனிதர்களே இல்லை.அவரவர்களுக்கு ஒவ்வொரு  பிரச்சனை.ஆயினும் மனிதனின் தலையாய பிரச்சனை ஆயுள் காலமே. அதாவது உயிரின் நலமே முதன்மையானது. அதனை காப்பாற்றி கொள்ள மனிதன் எடுத்து கொள்ளும் வழிமுறையே உடல் நலம் பேணுவது.

இதற்காக நமது முன்னோர்கள் பல வழிகளை நமக்கு காட்டி  சென்று உள்ளனர்.அவற்றில் சுத்தமாக இருப்பது,சுற்று சூழ்நிலைகளை காப்பது,நல் பழக்க வழக்கங்களை கடமைகளாக செய்வது என பல விதி முறைகளோடு ஆன்மீகம் எனும் பக்தி வழியினையும் தந்து உள்ளனர்.இந்த ஆன்மீக வழி முறையில் முதன்மையானது   பிரார்த்தனையே.
